Oh god, not a "What Light" thread...

I've got a 'mazin Magicshine-type front light.

But as the evenings are drawing in, I'm going to be riding in the dark more often and while the Knog Skink I have at the back is pretty good (it sits at the top of the seat tube and shines out brightly between the seat stays) it is only one light. I'd like a couple more, preferably cheap, and preferably ones that can actually go on the seatstays of my bike - as the seatpost is taken up by the saddlebag with my P-kit.

Any suggestions/dealextreme links etc welcome :)

FibreFlare? Smart R1 or R2 will go on seatpost or seat stay.

I meant to say ... I'm not convinced of the durability of the Fibreflare things.

Also: it's a CAAD8 - very thin seatstays, most lights just slide down them...

I've had a FibreFlare for a couple of years. Used when MTBing at night and on my commutes.

...Thinking back, it did stop working, but CRC replaced it straight away and number 2 has been fine for well over a year.

Could you not use the rubber strips to make the clamp of a normal light fit?
