Ribble R872

Hi,
I'm looking to build up my own road bike using the Ribble R872 frame as a base. I was wondering if anyone had any experience of what these frames are like or had any suggestions for alternatives. (The Ribble comes in at £554.32 for the frame and forks)
I'm building the bike up from scratch as I can get Campagnolo gear very cheaply so I'm looking at Centaur for the groupset and bullet wheels as I'd like some deep carbon rims but tubulars seem like they would be a royal pain if it's a bike for general use!
Any ideas greatly accepted, I've not built a road bike up for many many years (They had quill stems the last time I built one...)
Cheers

I'm going to do something very similar with the same frame. The R872 is basically the same frame as the older Ribble Stealth (but renamed due to copyright issues) which is understood to be near identical to the De Rosa R838 frame (same mould):

Very good frame in my opinion.0 -
Excellent, that looks like it'll more than do the trick then!0

Can somebody who has bought and R872 in the last few months confirm whether the model that is currently available on the website and in the Bike Specials is the 2013 model that has full internal cablings for both brakes and gears?
I have been e-mailing Ribble to get an answer, but I am not getting any response.
Any help would be appreciated.0
