So I have finally managed to get my cleats into a really good position but I'm worried when I change my pedals I'm going to loose the exact position, is there anyway of making sure the clear position remains exactly the same?
If only there was a mobile app that you could use where you take a picture of your cleats then use the camera as a guide when installing new ones..

Depends what cleats you use, some do have a memory part you attach to the shoe and you simply fit the cleat around it.Road - http://www.bikeradar.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=40044&t=12777154&p=16943702#p16943702

My old man came up with a novel way of keeping them in the same position. He drew around the existing cleat in permenant market and fitted the replacement within the lines. It's not an identical fit, but with some slight adjustment it works pretty well.2011 Trek Madone 3.1c

Tippex around the cleat in its existing position - let it dry fully before removing.0

Best pen for marking round your cleats is a Silver Sharpie Markerpen.A Brother of the Wheel. http://www.boxfordbikeclub.co.uk

or use strips of masking tape so you dont need any special pens0

i think il use the markerpen idea, though il be sure to use a small tip head rather than a huge one..
