Some plenet x carbon wheels - if I can ever got my body into some state of fitness !
  • Decent lights and a long-sleeved jersey.
  • After much thought and many miles on my 1996 Dawes Galaxy, i have booked a measure up session at Brian Rourkes. Going to go for a Reynolds 853 frame complete bike. Still to decide if its to be the Audax or road. I`ve got till the beginning of November to make my mind up although i am leaning towards the Audax for its versatility, mudguards and extra clearance for up to 28mm tyres. They reckon i should expect to be there about 4 to 5 hours! The build time at the moment is 24 weeks from that date, so just nice time for next year and more time to get the dosh together. Can`t wait.
    Rourke 853 Team Pro Custom.
  • Fancy a new road bike early next year. Undecided which one yet but, I've been very happy with my 2008 C'dale Supersix so I'm tempted to go for a new C'dale Evo.. or maybe a BMC Impec if I can find someone who actually sells them!!
  • A Lezyne Superdrive XL front light. Just waiting for them to appear in stock.

Either a CF bike but cant decide which one maybe a Ribble Stealth with campag or perhaps some Ksyrium Elites and a San Marco Regale for my Van Nic. I want a second bike, i have the money in my back pocket but everytime I go to push the botton i cant seem to do it. Weird

Well it would ideally be a new 'best' bike but will probably be settling for mudguards and overshoes for the winter.

Hopefully nothing too big as all the expensive stuff (shoes, computer, etc.) is now bookmarked and under a folder marked 'Xmas'. All together now, "Santa baby, slip a garmin under the tree, for me..."
