I've got an original 900 lumen Magicshine, which came with a 4.4 Ah battery (same capacity as the one in the link) so if you can find a run time for that light you can make a bit of a guess.
I've never run the battery on my Magicshine totally flat so I can only tell you it lasts at least 2.5 hours.0 -
Thanks - I imagine 2400 lumen light would drain a battery much faster than 900 though ? (I know nothing about lights by the way). Is 2400 excessive and would a £50 light really be that powerful ?0

It isn't 2400 lumens, a physically impossibility. More like 1200-1400, on which it will last about 2-3 hours.0

Thanks. It seemed a bit much. I will stick to what you suggested on the other forum post, although this looks interesting - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/110860135192? ... 1800wt_955
How do you tell what is legit (output wise) or not?0 -
You can't tell unfortunately, may overestimate.0

Thanks. There seem to be quite a few similar to that 2400 one on ebay. Maybe all from the same factory ?0
