North Gower loops anybody ??

Hi,

Me and a couple of mates are down west/ south wales this weekend for a blast in brechfa, we are staying down the gower (Llangennith) for the night and we were wondering if anybody knows a nice loop around this area to do on the sunday, any information will be appriciated !!

    MBUK did a loop there and the map was in the issue about 2 months ago if you can find it...was about 18km i think and went right through llangenith :D
