Tyres that come with new bike?

Bought a new Pinarello which has come fitted with Pinarello branded "MOST" tyres on the bike... should i swap them straight away for something like a Michelin Pro 4 or Conti GP 4000 ?

Suggestions and thoughts welcome...

    As they do not make tyres they will be by AN other and branded for them.

    Popular belief is that they are actually Vittoria or Cont GP4000's depending on age. If that is the case they are good tyres.

    I imagined they would be made by a popular supplier and then branded up differently..
