After doing the Manchester 100k i have finally worked out how to export the GPX file from my cyclemeter app and load it into STRAVA..

what i want to know is, can i use the file to recreate the ride..

i have an iphone 4 which i use to record the ride, but can i get the phone to direct me round the route again??

so i dont get lost, or have to look at every turning to keep on the route..

would ideally love to have the phone shout turn left here,,

If you know what i mean.

is this possible???
