Mallorca coffee stops

Off to Mallorca later this week for a long weekend of biking. Planning to do the "big day" (for us) of Col de Orient, Col de Soller and back to Pollensa over Puig Major. Last time I did this it was an organised jobby so didn't need to think about food and drink, but this time we'll be looking for decent caff stops. I think we'll try and stop somewhere around Bunyola for a brew and a cake, and maybe Soller for something more fortifying before the Puig Major. Does anyone have any recommendations for cafes? Ta muchly.

The cafe at the monastery at Lluc, not the one at the car park but at the end of the cloisters on the N side. The meringued topped marzipan tart and a cafe grande con leche is not to be missed. There's a couple of bakers in the square in the middle of Soller too.0

Thanks - We'll be coming down the Lluc way I think, so we'll probably grab a brew by the aqueduct and press on there.0

the square in soller was a great little area. i thought all the cafes we went in were pretty standard tbh."Unfortunately these days a lot of people don’t understand the real quality of a bike" Ernesto Colnago0

Soller is great, but a cafe stop in Beduin (Bedoin? I confuse this word all the time with Saudi nomads and a town near the base of the Ventoux) is one of the best. Best b/c the espresso is great and you really need it.
The square in Petra has bike stands set up just for the Swiss and 4-5 cafes to choose from. But it's a bit "discovered".
The square in Sa Pobla has a great combo coffee shop / wood-stove pizza place /live jazz venue. Plus you have to navigate this outer layer of super dense/narrow streets then the square opens up. It's super fun to stumble upon.
Pollencia (some call it Pollencia old town) is great. There are 2 squares to choose from. The "lower square" has a really lovely bell-epoch style gentleman's club for retired/ageing artists with decent works on the wall and a tall stone wall carving by the bar. Check it out. The "upper square" lies at the foot of 300 steps up to Cavelry for pilgrimage-makers.
Cala St Vincent is a lot more pituresque than other towns like Puerto Pollencia.
All of Alcudia is a bit grim.
Arta is quite a cool town, b/c it's away from the riding features, most miss it. You can visit there before or after an assault up to the Betlem monastery.
