Second the AeroPress, brilliantly simple.photonic69 said:This year's revelation for me was an Aerobie Aeropress. Excellent coffee in next to no time. Quick and easy and very clean to use, almost cleans itself. Only residue is the coffee grounds and a small circle of filter paper (or you can get re-usable metal filters). Brilliant device.
I used to have a De'Longhi Nespresso machine at work. The coffee wasn't very good and it was a pain to clean. I got a AeroPress with a Krupp coffee grinder and I much prefer it, tastes a lot better.

I always wanted a Krups, but the newer machines arent apparently as good as the older ones, and if Im paying nearly £200 for a posh kettle in effect, I want it to look nice and be very good, else it will take me 4-6 years to break even on pods now
as for the 4million coffee pods usage per day, well how many tea bags do you reckon the world gets through in the same time ?0 -
