Fork Moves Forwards/ Backwards just a touch ?

Hi All

Have recently had a new fork fitted by LBS (reba to rockhopper approx 4 weeks ago)

Today when i got back i noticed a slight amount of "play" forward and backwards on the fork/headset haven't noticed it before , Is that normal or is something / broke /loose / wrong ? doesn't feel right .

if i have the front wheel between knees and pull the handle bars towards me there is play forwards/backwards (hope that makes sense )

Is it something i can do myself or back to lbs ?

should i not ride till sorted ?

They tend to bed in when new forks are fitted, so is not uncommon to have to readjust.
