Considering getting a viking single speed bike as I only want to spend a maximum of £200 on this bike. Was just wondering, my inside leg is about 19" could I get away with the recommended 21" min? this is on the 53cm bike. I'm 5'5

If anyone has a viking 53cm or smaller/higher just for size comparison and how tall you are that would be great.

For your height, you'd really need to look at a frame size 48-50cm. The Viking is pretty poor quality and weighs a massive 13kg. You'd be better trying to find a used bike in the right size or you could also try a Planet-X Macciato frame currently reduced to £99.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

It seems that if I go lower than 53 my choices are very limited, meaning i'd have to spend over my budget, the main reason for buying this bike is purely for commuting so I don't want to spend anymore than £200. I could buy a frame, but then I don't have the experience or knowledge to buy everything else and put it together, so that option is out for me.
