Off to show my support to the Scottish participants from the Olympics and Paralympics tomorrow.
Thank them for a superb summer of sport. Pity Andy can't make but ah well.

I don't just support the Scottish athletes though, I think all of Team GB had a great games, and in fact all the other competitors from all the countries made it one hell of a spectacle.

Will we be competing as Scotland in Rio? Who knows.....
