Major front fork problem

Hi all,

I am having a major problem with my front fork..

I was going about 20mph then all of sudden I heard a click and a pop and then my bike extended and the steering went funny.

Do think I can bend out my forks or are they totally busted?

I'm sorry to disagree with some of the experts who've already commented on this, but

• The forks will probably still move, so WD-40 isn't the answer

• No part is actually broken into more pieces than it was made with, so neither duck tape nor cable ties are appropriate

I therefore suggest sticking it on eBay, described as a "unique design"

Ebay it 'Custom chopper design'........

That or bend it back and as "it moves when it shouldn't", reinforce the bent part with zip ties and gaffer tape.
