Set off early with my little three year old lad and made our way up Shap Fell to watch the riders go past.. To say we got wet was an understatement but great anyway! Then went to see the finish in Blackpool.. Great day out and lovely fish n chips :-) my boy even came home with four water bottles , two united health care, one garmin and a sky one.. He's very proud of them and he's put them up in his bedroom.. Good day all in all

went to the start to watch the riders sign on. Most of the teams were happy to stand and wave and have there pics taken. I'm a big Wiggins fan so it would have been nice if he had even taken the time to acknowledge the hundreds that had stood in the rain to see him.0

Yeah - I like Wiggo but I don't think he uses the media and public to his advantage.. Wouldn't hurt to smile once in a while! Same with Cav - great at his profession but always has a face like a cracked arse - if my job was riding my bike I wouldn't be able to smile wide enough!.
The bottles are now pride of place on his wardrobe ha.0
