Morning all
Was wondering how easy/inexpensive it would be to replace the steel stanchions on my dc Domains with some alloy Boxxer stanchions?
The Domains are Motion Control coil RC and work fine but they are very heavy. Would a stanchion change be cheaper than some Boxxer RCs for £500 on Merlin :?

The lowers are exactly the same so they will fit. However the stanchion internal diameter is different, so you internals wouldn't.0

Ah OK it seems there's more to it than a couple of metal tubes

Not a bad price, might work out about the same overall if you sell the Domain.0 -
That's a good price inc hard & soft springs, two crowns and the Maxle0
