Anyone used assos' repair service? Is it any good?

I came off on ice last year and sent my air jack 851 jacket back . They repaired it free of charge .

In previous thread I commented how good the service was on 3 year old shorts - repaired FOC. Had another off and holed another pair (the ones I bought before the previously damaged ones came back!!!) Again, back in a few weeks. Completely invisibly mended. Again FOC"The only absolute statement is that everything is relative" - anon0
