My (not so new) Genesis Vapour - Commuter Bike

Thought I'd post a photo of my Genesis Vapour (2009 model), only changes are road tyres and mini v-brakes.

This bike has been my trusty stead for the last 3 years and daily commuter for quite some time.... It's survived plenty of bad weather but is in need of a major service / rebuild which I'm planning before the winter sets in.

Makes for a great winter training / commuting bike... Thinking of getting some cross tyres and using it more for light off road winter rides:

    Does it change gears when you turn corners 'cos those cables look really short.
    I'm left handed, if that matters.

    It hardly changes gear at all at the moment, in need of a major service... I'm planning to strip it down, clean it up and re-build with new cables etc.
