CB Shoe Shields and Time cleats

Anyone know a) how thick CB shoe shields are, and b) whether they'll work with Time ATAC cleats?

Need some new shoes and am keen to avoid the TIME retention bars grinding grooves in the soles (again).

Yes they will, they're probably about 0.5mm thick, not much at all.

yeah they'll work fine with any cleats, i used to run my own versions from some sheet steel i had cut to fit the bottom of my shoe, after 6 months the cleats wore through them! :shock: however, ive not noticed any issues witht he shoes since!! (used a few pairs of home made ones)
