Canyon ultimate AL 9.0 Sl / Cannondale CAAD 10

Hi,
need advice to buy a new bike. I wanted to go for the used 2010 Specialized Tarmac, but decided to buy a new bike on the good aluminium frame.
Thinking of Cannondale CAAD 10 with Ultegra or Dura Ace or Canyon ultimate al 9.0 SL with sram force?
What do you think about geometry? Canyon can be chosen with 53/53 cranks. Caad not sure if can be with 53/39. I'm not sure if I would accept the compact cranks.
In fact, I think, Caad has better frame, but in total Canyon has better value and accessories. I want to try road Sram, because in my MTB Sram is doing really good. On the other side, Dura Ace is also kind of high tech. Canyon has better wheels than CAAD. In fact, I'm having a nice dt-wheelset for climbing, so all I need is an aero set, so anyway I would have to buy one.
I;m now riding on Lemond Reno with some upgrades, size 53. I like the sloping frames, because I'm 172 cm tall and my legs are not too long.
