Your warranty is with the retailer, in this case PBK. They should act on your behalf even if they no longer sell their products. They should still act on your behalf as your contract is with them, not Time. Most of this is covered under the UK Sale of Goods Act. Get more acquainted with it, it is there to protect you.

Got the feeling the OP doesn't listen to advice by ignoring suggestions that he talks first to PBK....this is the second thread on the same subject and beginning to sound like a stuck record.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
  • PBK are being great but it is TIME that are the sticking point. The issue is a manufacturing fault and not an issue with PBK. They are doing what they can be are at the mercy of Time in France.

It doesn't matter, you contract is with PBK NOT TIME!! If time are giving them the run around it is for PBK to sort out and come up with an acceptable outcome.
  • Spot on - PBK should buy a new frame for you and then seek redress through the courts from their supplier.

Thats what a professional company would do.

Not your problem, the retailer has a responsibility to you and this isn't dependent on whether or not a 3rd party plays ball. It doesn't matter how nice they're being it sounds like you are being fobbed off.

    Hope you get it sorted.
