  • Yes, it must have been a repeat, I've never seen the show before today.

I agree, he came across really well, inspirational!

  • His he the chap who lost it on a diet of Haribo and cheesy Wotsits?

    Bit more complex than that.

He lost weight by getting his arse off the sofa and getting on the bike.

He also posted on here and on his blog about having some sort of issues with what foods he will and won't eat.

Just found the man himself on Twitter. Not yet watched the shows though as I have a backlog to watch on Sky+.
    FCN 2-4.

    "It stays down, Daddy."
    "Exactly."
  • It's not a series, I don't think it would matter what order you watch them in.

Just watched it. No matter how many times I hear of/read about his weight loss, it still blows me away!

I watched it and thought he didn't come across too well, either through selective editing or not having much to say. As soon as he appeared I was full of optimisim; soon turned to 'is that it?'

I blame the editing. His ~3+ year story of weight loss was reduced to a couple of minutes so I guess large chunks of the interview are on the cutting room floor.

That's a good point actually, I was impressed but I suppose that's because I've followed his progress on here and on his blog for a couple of years and already know the "story"
