    Pedals, assuming it actually came with any, otherwise adding them is not 'replacing'.
    Stem, if need be, to get the right fit.
    Saddle, if need be, to get comfy. Always willing to give a new one a try.

    As above really. Stem for fit, saddle for comfort, bartape if it was white and tyres/brake blocks for your favourite if you have one.

    The swapped out parts usually fetch a reasonable price on here anyway.

    Biggest change after that is usually wheels.
