Shorter stem for Zesty 314

Hi all, am in need of a new stem for my zesty 314 thats shorter and higher if possible, mr arms could do with a bit more flex in them, not sure what's out there so your help will be much appreciated, thanks.

Otherwise the answer is definately cheap tat off ebay or superstar or on-one or easton or thomson depending on the answers to the above!

i have a stem from each of them and highly rate them. both are stiff, light and very reasonably priced. You could maybe drop a few grams of the weight but you're going to be paying £60+

The one on now is the standard Lapierre one that came with bike: not bothered about saving weight btw!
