Shorter stem for Zesty 314

Hi all, am in need of a new stem for my zesty 314 thats shorter and higher if possible, mr arms could do with a bit more flex in them, not sure what's out there so your help will be much appreciated, thanks.

And the one you have now is....... X mm and Y deg rise, colour choices, bar size, budget.

i have a stem from each of them and highly rate them. both are stiff, light and very reasonably priced. You could maybe drop a few grams of the weight but you're going to be paying £60+0 -
The one on now is the standard Lapierre one that came with bike: not bothered about saving weight btw!0
