The 8th Annual Brown County Breakdown is just around the corner and registrations are coming in from across the country! This event is only open to 650 participants and is surely one you do NOT want to miss.
The Breakdown starts and finishes at the newly minted IMBA Epic Brown County trail system in Nashville, Indiana and is the only day of the year when riders can combine the State Park trials with those in the Hoosier National Forest. Participants choose routes of 25, 45, 65, 80 or 100 miles. The Breakdown isn't a race... it's a great ride in the woods with a few hundred of your closest friends!
Join us for an entire weekend of live bluegrass music from local and regional bands, tons of free beer from local breweries including Upland, bike and product demos from Giant, Trek, Niner, Cannondale, Shimano, and SRAM (just to name a few), exclusive onsite camping at teh Start/Finish, Family Fun rides, a huge hog roast and much, much more!
The Brown County Breakdown is the largest fundraising event for the Hoosier Mountain Bike Association, raising more than $90,000 since it's 2005 inception and bringing in $23,000 in 2011 alone!
