Now I'm sure he's not the first person to navigate the world on two wheels but I wanted to see if I could generate some awareness for him as James Ketchell is not you're everyday guy

I used to work with James in my previous job and since I've known him he's solo rowed the Atlantic and climbed Mount Everest.

He's now preparing for possibly the largest triathlon ever attempted. The aim being to row the Atlantic and climb Everest again plus cycle round the world all within the same year

He's currently making his way across on his road bike in preparation for his super human triathlon next year. He's doing this all for the children's charity the Elifar Foundation
