Cannondale CAAD 8 (2012) good for touring?

Hello, I have bought myself a Cannondale CAAD 8 Sora about 5 months ago. I've been talking to my friend and we are thinking of doing a tour around Europe, would my bike cope? I'm new to touring and don't know if my bike could handle such stress, does anyone know if the frame would have any problem.

    The bike will take the strain. The bigger problem may be whether you can fit a rack to carry your stuff and whether the gearing will be OK for getting up hills when loaded. It might be worth fitting the widest tyres you though. Try the touring and expedition sub-forum as there may be people there who can advise of a suitable seatpost mounted rack or similar. Of course, this all assumes you intend full on touring and not riding around with friends or family carrying your kit in a car.
