Boardman MB Team vs. Boardman MB Pro

I’m looking to buy a bike though the cycle to work scheme and narrowed it down the Boardman Mountain Bike Team 11/12 (£850) but I’ve seen the Boardman Mountain Bike Pro 11/12 (£999) and was wondering if the step up to the Pro (£150 difference) was worth the upgrade?

It's worth the upgrade financially i.e. the better forks, brakes & drivetrain are worth the extra £150

Going for the Pro would only add about £8 to your monthly payments, therefore I would say go for the Pro!
