they seem a cheaper option than q rings

I have some. They're not adjustable like Q rings, but do approximately the same thing (not much IME). Possibly good for riding on the turbo or time trialling, but for regular riding I couldn't tell any difference. Certainly didn't see any increase in power.

The look ace as with all CT2 rings.
