I recently bought some road bars from Josh advertised as 44cm, unfortunately when I received them I discovered they were in fact 42cm so no good to me. I pointed out this fact to Josh who asked me to return them admitting that it was his fault...... what did he do, he reimbursed me with not only what I paid but also the full postage it cost me to return them. A diamond geezer if you ever have to do any business with him.
