Anyone taken a look at CrashMap?
You can enter your location and filter by year and casualty user type (so you can see just those where pedal cyclists were involved). You have to register, and buy credits before you can access detailed reports, but basic info is free.
I was rather disturbed at how many apparent accidents involving bikes had occurred on my relatively quiet commute.
