Who would be in National champs Sky kit?

The OH and Jnr went to the waterways museum yesterday to learn about canals. Jnr came home very excited saying that they'd seen a Team Sky rider at the cafe in national champs jersey, Sky liveried Pinarello and a Sky Kask helmet. The museum is only a few miles from where Ian Stannard lives, but he was toiling his way up a mountain in Spain yesterday.

Any ideas? I'm guessing maybe a family member.

Dowsett won the TT nationals on Sunday also... Could be a junior national champ also, I have no idea who they are though!

Had a guy turn up in full Sky gear, a British champ liveried Pinarello Dogma complete with power meter on the club run on Sunday. He certainly wasn't a Sky rider or a British champ.
