Which one to buy Cannondale CAAD 8 or Scott

I'm looking to get a new bike, and think I have narrowed it down to the two above. both the same price in a sale.
Can anyone offer me some guidance as to which might be best. Many thanks. I don't know too much about modern troad bikes, but these are in my budget. Any other suggestions appreciated.

    I'd go for the Scott, but that's probably because I already have a couple and they've been fantastic. They're about as equivalent as you can get on the bike market so if you can't try them to see which feels better just go on looks.

    As above - basically comparible bikes from 2 different manufacturers so it is down to best fit/personal preference of looks. Either will do the job very well for the money.
