Which tyres?

I currently run Schwalbe Ultremo's which are amazing and fast, but I have just gone through my second set and TBH i'm getting punctures every time I go out....basically they have cuts and gashes all over them.
So winter is upon us and wondered what tyres everyone would recommend. I would like something that rolls well and is relativley light so I can keep up in the group but something that will decrease the chances of punctures.
Gatorskins?
Thanks

weight and 'nice rolling' are totally different ideas. the thread count and the way they are sown makes it a supple ride. typically, the higher the TPI, the better it rides thus a lower CRR (rolling resistance).Dogma

Have you ever dug the glass out of the cuts? Unless you continually ride over puncture inducing surfaces, the chances are the punctures are being caused by whatever was already in the cuts.
If they aren't worn out and the cuts don't look compromising, then the tyres don't need to be replaced.Faster than a tent.......0
