Morning Losers!

It's getting darker in the mornings. This sucks.

Work stuff today. Can't be orificed with it really. The housemates girlfriend (who lives with us, but isn't on the contract, so can't be called a housemate) is in hospital as she's got the painters in, was in 'considerable pain', started pi$$ing blood, and, well, yeah generally not feeling well. This means that when she comes out, we'll be expected to be nice to her, sympathise with her and generally do stuff I can't be ar$ed with.

My idea to the housemate that he 'needs a new girlfriend, this one's broken' didn't go down to well

Fark, morning already? Feels like I've not been to sleep, our 4 month old had a bad night.
    Joys of parenthood eh :)
Big load to drop off, then on to work (late) and lots of coffee to keep me awake..
    Goodnight.
  • Getting lighter in the mornings here :D

When the hell did the CC become the new 'workshop' thread. I mean, what the hell, people?? They're all like 'press fit' and 'gxp' and 'axle length' and stuff and I'm all like 'dudes, wtf?'

    Mornin' exes and double exes,

It is clear I need more sleep. Or something. The weekend is over and having been away from home for two days, last night consisted of catch-up on a lot of TV including 1.5hrs of F1 and 3.5 hrs of DH World Champs (there may have also been some 'Last Leg', too). I really should have been trying to sleep instead. As a consequence, I shall now spend the day hiding in the office trying to appear busy, whilst using the sound of the printer to disguise my snoring.

Onwards! To coffee! And plent........zzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzzzz

    Hello Scuttlers

I'm back from my jollys to Devon that saw me get ridiculously drunk on cider, eat plenty of bacon, try to steal my friends boxer puppy and discover that Mrs Gazlar would like a mini me in the next couple of years, several years ahead of when I was thinking.

This means that I will be discussing the possibility with work about moving on from Cardiff and heading west to Carmarthen asap, but not before next may when my lease is up.

TodayI return to a ten and half hour shift and then tomorrow off, think I shall strip and grease bearings and sorry out the free hub before buying camper van books

    Morning All

Just about to set off to my normal job which i haven't been to for the past 6 weeks (holiday) and all ready for 2 weeks of boredom.

Th Missus has just come in after taking a tumble in the car park at work because of a mud slick from the heavy rain we've been having so off work for the day.

No doubt she'll go for compo if she can - Good luck

Anyone here tried getting compo from private run car parks?
I'm going to blow the bank on a new build ( within reason ) NOW DONE!!

Sounds like your missus needs to learn to walk.

Today is a good day, I've got today and tomorrow off work, and shall be doing some riding. Oh, and the snowboard club/group thing is kicking off again tomorrow.
On another note, I'm off to the bike shop in a bit to pick up some mudguards I'd ordered for the rigid 29er. Ironically, the day I do this, the Met office decides to forecast a perfectly fine week, with no rain

    Afternoon Saddle Sniffers,

Had to take junior down to the dentist this morning so there was much whining going on and that wasn't just the dentist's drill :) Got a few jobs to do after lunch then off up into London to meet some old work mates and get a beer or two down me.

Fell over in some mud. C'mon, you'll be complaining about the high cost of insurance next... Says the man who is sueing a hospital.

First day of term so back in to business casual after a summer in shorts and t-shirts and a bloody delivery of 70 pcs arrives and needs sorting out. That's 140 boxes needed moving so after a couple of hours I was a sweaty mess, great, still got another school to get to as well. Days like this I need a minion. At least the kids aren't back yet.
