Spoke lengths

I'm learning to build my own wheels and, like many, I'm troubled by spokes.
I've done calculations using spokecalc and apparently there is only 1mm difference between the drive and non-drive side spokes. Does that sound right?
I've only ordered spokes fro the front as all my measurements are based on the same ERD and if I've got that wrong I can adjust for the rear accordingly.

Some hubs (and rims) can be designed to offset the effects of dish. If the calcs are consistently giving the same values then I'd trust them. In fact you'd be fine with the same length spoke.0

Yep, in fact the (disk brake) wheels on my cross bike have the same length spokes front and back, aswell as both sides. Nothing to worry about...Pannier, 120rpm.0
