Her achievments are even more impressive when set against her being mentally completely unsuited to high level competition. I feel a bit bad for mocking her as a poor little rich girl after the BBC doc m

    I think the saddest part is it would appear she did none of it for herself but just to please her dad. As a father of a little girl I would be devastated to read that sort of stuff when my daughter is Pendeltons age. I'd be thoroughly ashamed.

    There was an article in The Telegraph recently where she made some remarks about how bitter she is because her relationship with her now fiance was frowned upon and he had to leave whilst Kenny and Laura Trott was known about and accepted.

    Yeah there was - although she tweeted to say that she felt the article had taken her comments completely out of context and spun her quotes negatively when this was not the point she was trying to make.
    You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
    If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
    If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.

    For all BC's use of psychologists, they do seem to have failed to help Vicky P to be emotionally stable, for want of a better turn of phrase.

    If she couldn't see the difference between the two she's being either deliberately stupid or just missing the point. Coach/cyclist is very different to two cyclists.
