Head(ache)sets...

I'm looking for a headset to fit a Mix Taper 44/49.6 Headtube but it needs to have an internal bottom cup for a 1+1/8" (straight) steerer

Any help tracking one down apprecited.

CRC have them among the Hope Pick'n'Mix. Seems it should be bottom cup 'D' (you can see the measurements in the headset brochure from Hope's website).
