Bike Fit Yorkshire

I am struggling with a lot of knee pain on the inside i am not sure if this is going from zero miles to 60 in 5 weeks or if my bike is not fitted correct used the holmes method for the seat
so i was wondering if there is any bike fitting places in yorkshire i am from leeds so be even better if there is one around leeds cant find much information on google
in other news am down from 20 stone to 17 stone (i want fat before just muscled well alittle fat
) so i am happy but i would like to ride my bike rather then just look at it
also i have a 76 mile supportive tomorrow time to smash the NSAIDS i think

I got mine done at York Cycleworks - they were excellent, very friendly and it definitely worked - no more little niggles.

York cycleworks are great, also in York there is cycle street in layerthorpe and rat race at Clifton moor0

Planet X/On One do Retul fitting, and they're based in Rotherham (not been). It's more expensive than a 'normal' fitting, though.0
