Ache on top of left foot

Got a slight pain/ache on left foot on the top and round the very bottom of the ankle any clues what could be causing this?. Right foot fine.

    Sounds muscular/tendon - or your foots falling off - the cause of the pain could be a few things, and what's causing the thing to be painful could be many things. To be sure it needs a proper diagnosis from a physio or chiropractor really if it persists.

    For the time being I'd be inclined to use ice, should reduce the pain and any inflammation. Then it's a case of tracking what you're doing to figure out the trigger.
