Compression Pants

I'm wondering about getting some compression pants ( full leg ) to wear under my cycling shorts for when it gets a bit colder. I`ve seen a number of riders doing this and it got me wondering. How do we go to the loo with both on? As a fella I usually role up one leg of my shorts but surely, if I got pants under its impossible? Maybe a daft question!
