Hi all, I thought this would be the best way to introduce myself as i'm new here. My name's Andy and this is my bike i finished building several weeks ago. Photos a bit crummy but its on an iphone and is in our small cottage which is unnaturally dark!
Built with a mixture of new and used parts here the spec (using kindly supplied list format)

Used to cycle a lot ever since i was at school (32 now). This is my first road bike after owning a number of hardtail xc bikes and a fair few bmx's too
I'm really pleased with it all in all. 4 or 5 of my mates go out and we have some real fun little group rides (20 to 30 miles). We're always comparing average speeds and top speeds (as boys do) on endomondo. We normally average around 16/17mph and top whack is 53.3mph. Most importantly we all enjoy it and keep an eye out for each other.

The frame is small, its a 49! luckily im only 5 8 and there's amazingly still plenty of room left on the seatpost!0
