I realise this is the OEM fork found on the Lap' Spicy 316 (and others I guess)
But how does it differ from the standard Domain R on the SRAM website?
Thanks.

And more specifically - how does it differ from a Domain 318 180mm ? - except the obvious! But apart from the travel are there any other differences.
The SRAM website says for the Domain R - "External Rebound, Internal Preload" - but the picture clearly shows a red dial/adjuster at the bottom which I'm presuming is Rebound and a Blue dial on the crown - which I would've thought was Preload, no?"Why have that extra tooth if you're not using it?" - Brian Lopes

RS often put the wrong pics on their website...
R just has rebound damping.
318 gets Motion Control and an internal high speed shimstack. Is much better.0 -

OK. All the reviews on the Spicy 316 seem to be very good and I think it has this exact fork (the R CL160) ?
I can get it new (no box - taken off a new before it was used) for £160
Or do I go for the 318 for £195 but risk possibly having to get the U-Turn spring for another £54 if I can't find a suitable frame."Why have that extra tooth if you're not using it?" - Brian Lopes
