What's the difference between shimano BR-M675 and Br-m666 brakes?

    675 is lighter or vice versa

    I tried searching on Shimano's website for "BR-M675" and it came up with nothing.

    Usually the larger the number the newer the product. It must be a minor change to something compared to the BR-M666. It can't be a major change else there would've been press releases etc saying how much better it is compared to the old one etc ...

    I'd happily get either one.

    666's are 2012 model and 675's are 2013 model. I have no idea beyond that!

    The only difference is in the SLX logo. The M675 brakes are in the current logo and that appears to be it.
    Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Epsilon.
