Velocast.cc is probably my favourite. Its more about pro racing rather than technique but its pretty informative and entertaining. They did a great review of the Lance saga this week.0

I like the Real Peloton podcasts, mainly because the banter between Ned and Matt is funny. However they are very intermittent (last one was in April)0
