Top tube holes - What to stick in them?

I have a Canyon Torque with a reverb seatpost and have the cable running across the frame to the handlebar.
I have noticed that underneath the top tube there are two holes with rubber bungs in them. I am told the holes are for cable routing but what accessory/adapter will go in the hole to hold the cable? I have asked my LBS but they don't have a clue.
Any help appreciated.
Cheers

How far apart are the holes? Could have been for bottle holders.0

Canyon thread of the daaaaaayyyyyy.
They are a long distance apart.
They are also on the AM model, under the downtube. I have no idea what they are for either.

Yeah they are a distance apart, too far for a bottle holder. I assumed it was for me to route my Reverb cabling but im not finding any reason for it anywhere!
I have cable tied the cable to my other cables on the frame but its not ideal and is sticking a bit.
They must have a purpose...surely...hopefully... :roll:2012 Canyon Torque Alpinist, Fox Factory 36 FIT Talas, FOX 5.0 DHX0 -

OK fortunately Canyon UK just got back to me saying the holes are for "dropper seatpost control hose retainers".
So, I googled it and came up with nothing.
Am I being simple here?2012 Canyon Torque Alpinist, Fox Factory 36 FIT Talas, FOX 5.0 DHX0 -
Maybe you could screw in something like this:

That sounds as if you're not meant to thread anything through them, but you'd snap (or screw) some sort of clip into them whose purpose is holding onto a "dropper seatpost control hose". If you don't have a dropper seatpost, don't worry about them!Specialized Roubaix Elite 2015

Why not ask Canyon how you order the parts to fit in the holes?Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0 -

Yes they are screw holes for dropper seatpost hose guides.
See pictures on Canyon website of the Nerve AM, models supplied with a dropper.
Under the top top tube the AM is supplied with dropper seatpost hose guides. If you look real close you'll see the bungs you are describing on the AM models downtube. They must be there as an alternate way to route cables if you so wish on the AM.
Anyway your Torque model has bungs under the top tube for cable routing of a dropper if you want to fit one.
Note that what you've called "dropper seatpost control hose retainers" are actually exactly the same clamp style clips used on the Torque to route cables under your downtube.

Ok thanks for the help guys.
I took off the frame guide I already had on the downtube holding the gear cables and took it to my LBS. A customer who happened to be in said it looks like the clip on his Orange.
He directed me here http://www.orangebikes.co.uk/components/ and towards the bottom there is an item known as p_clips. It looks like it will do the job and for £3.99 its worth a try2012 Canyon Torque Alpinist, Fox Factory 36 FIT Talas, FOX 5.0 DHX0
