Pro bike computer

Does anyone know the bike computer a lot of the pro cyclists are using that extends off the front of the handlebars?

    Not cheap and utterly pointless unless you have a power meter to go with it.
    More problems but still living....

    Its a drop in the ocean compared to the cost of a SRM though.
