Apologies if this has been done before but as the title says there seems to be a few mtb riders moving to road and vice versa but just wondering how many still do both?

MTB, Road and a bit in the middle (Cross)

Cross bikes should not be confused with hybrid (as the wife calls it!) lol

If it has 2 wheels I'll ride it.

    Just sold my VFR though.

Been riding off road for about 6 years on and off, and on the road for 2 years.

Road bike is getting much more use than the MTB ever did though.

And i've just bought a motor bike to fix up as a winter project!

Just to add confusion, I've done rough-stuff on a road bike and 'cross on a MTB.

I'm also another one that likes my wheels to have an engine.

Pretty much entirely road but I have a cheap MTB for an occassional change of scenery. Oh, and now my fitness has come back a bit I'll be doing a bit of track through the winter too :)
  • Started on MTB, then got addicted to the motorbike, followed by a return to the MTB and now the road bike has priority over the other two!!

Had my MTB for about 3.5 years now, originally bought it just to do a bit of cycling to get a bit fitter. I then started using it back and too to work. I started to enjoy riding on the roads a lot more but soon got fed up with road bikes wizzing past me so finally took the plunge and got a road bike almost two weeks ago and loving it.
