Does the Edge 500 HRM have zones that can be set ? i.e. Easy/Moderate/Hard or does it just give you a read out of your HR ??

You can set zones 1-5 either it defaults what they are after you input max HR or you can edit the zones individually.

Yes you can set training zones as well as show your current HR.
