I currently have a Cube Attention thats a year old, my girlfriend is having it and i'm going to get myself something new on the C2W scheme which is through Halfords but I'm planning on either going through their hotline or go through leisurelakes so I have a pretty good choice of bikes...apart from Canyon
I want something that will be an upgrade over my Attention which has a Deore and SLX mixmatch. Looking around it's actually very well specced for £679 but I'm thinking a 29er next?
Now the problem. I've been looking on Cubes website for updates and it's been updated today with their new range. It's a good mix of 26 and 29 options for each of their bikes but being shallow...their paint jobs are so generic and boring. Nothing like the designs that attracted me to the brand!
So what's out there? Must look great, have a good spec, 29er and preferably Shimano spec. Not fussed about brakes as I have a new set of XT waiting to be installed!

I'd go for the Boardman Pro - almost unbeatable spec for the money, light, always wins tests.0

The Boardman is very decent for the price you'll get it for, with the C2W, you'll get around 30-35% off so it comes to around £650-700, also Halfords can order you in most bikes anyway even if they are not on their website/store.0
